Why Re-seal your fridge or freezer?
In most circumstances the need to change your seal will be obvious. The seals will be broken, split or torn and allowing the cold air from the refrigerator to escape so the motor has to run longer.
A good sign of this happening is an increase in you electricity bill, or in the freezer section ice builds up quickly. Other signs can be food going off quickly or water leaking from your refrigerator. Mould could also build up on your seals which is an indication that air is passing through the seal.
